Power-Point Information

An application designed to create and graphic objects so that they are visually appealing and easily understand by the audience. The PowerPoint permits the preparation of slides, transparencies and handouts for use in business presentation.

Transition:-
A special effect used to introduce a slide during a slide show such as fade, dissolve etc.
Animate:-
The special visual or sound effect is added to a text or an object.
Slide Master:-
The slide that holds the formatted placeholders for the titles, main text, and any background items you want to appear on all slides in a presentation.
Auto Content Wizard:-
It creates a new presentation by prompting you for information about content purpose, style, handouts, and output. The new presentation contains sample text that you can replace with your own information.
Object:-
An element of slide, which can be text, an imported graphic, a shape, a picture, and so on.
Placeholders:-
It is the boxes with dotted outlines that appear when you create a new slide. These boxes serve as placeholders for such objects as the slide title, text, charts, tables, organizational charts, and clip art.
Attribute:-
An object or text feature you can manipulate by using drawing tools and menu commands. Object attribute include line style, fill, shadow, color, and shape. Text attributes include font, style, color, size, and so on.
AutoShape:-
A group of ready-made shapes that include such basic shapes as rectangles and circles, plus a variety of lines and connectors, block arrows, flowchart symbols, stars and banners, and callout.
Array:-
A series of evenly spaced objects is called array.
Sweep:-
A series of overlapping evenly spaced objects.
Presentation conference:-
The best way to prepare for a presentation conference is to first set up a conference call to exchange information such as the names of computers on which the audience will view the presentation or, if using the internet, the address of the presentation.
